Patrick Wood
The leading scholar of Technocracy, Patrick Wood, has been studying Technocracy since the 1970s and his books are the ultimatum on the subject.
I had the privilege of interviewing Patrick on a very personal level as he joined me on the Monero & Christianity series.
We discuss the use of technological totalitarianism in its relation to the economy and Biblical prophesy, which he has an interest in.
You Are The Human Resource
Techno-feudalism, otherwise known as Technocracy, is a political, religious and economic system of scientific totalitarianism.
Its policies: AI algorithms
Its religion: absolute scientism
Its economy: energy certificates of distribution
You are the human resource within a technocratic society.
You Must Resist Economic Technocracy
The following excerpt from The Technocrat - Vol. 3, September 1937 defines technocracy as a system of economic control through the means of scientific social engineering:
Technocracy is the science of social engineering, the scientific operation of the entire social mechanism to produce and distribute goods and services to the entire population of this continent.
For the first time in human history it will be done as a scientific, technical engineering problem. There will be no place for Politics or Politicians, Finance or Financeers, Rackets or Racketeers.
Technocracy states that this method of operating the social mechanism of the North American Continent is now mandatory because we have passed from a state of actual scarcity into the present status of potential abundance in which we are now held to an artificial scarcity forced upon us in order to continue a Price System which can distribute goods only by means of a medium of exchange.
Technocracy states that price and abundance are incompatible; the greater the abundance the smaller the price. In a real abundance there can be no price at all. Only by abandoning the interfering price control and substituting a scientific method of production and distribution can an abundance be achieved.
Technocracy will distribute by means of a certificate of distribution available to every citizen from birth to death.
The global surveillance state we are being unwillingly thrust into is technocratic. You will live in a 15 minute city and will be allocated limited digital energy credits upon obedience to the system.
This is why you must be tracked, traced and catalogued from birth to death.
In this technological paradigm you are merely another carbon-based object that is shaped and moulded to the convenience of scientists and engineers.
In the age of surveillance, let encryption be your weapon of defence.
Be defiant.
Behold The Urbanate
John B. Calhoun, an American technocrat, created an experiment in the 1960s which involved studying the effects of overpopulation and social behaviour on rodents.
He amassed a 9-square-foot, 5,000 mice utopian colony called Universe 25 in which he could observe his vermin subjects.
Over time male rodents became expressively aggressive, while females would neglect their offspring and perpetually groom themselves.
The diminishing birth-rates lead to the inevitable extinction of Universe 25.
Calhoun’s research has been used to argue for human depopulation initiatives in a world that is perceived to be overpopulated.
The concentration of people into urban spaces, according to the assumptions of the technocrat, leads to pathologic behaviours.
People who are mentally unstable are more likely to believe narratives of engineered delusion.
The goal of managerialism is to reduce humans down to components. People of principle, high moral character, are a defect to the machinations of social engineering.
You will be engineered to only respond to immediate pleasure and pain stimuli, being in a constant state of insatiable gratification.
Your human relationships are subsequently reduced to transactions.
And once you are stripped of everything meaningful, you will inhabit a society of constant consumption and control.
In 2010 the European Commission analysed that 62% of the entire world’s population would live in cities by 2030.
The 11th goal of the United Nations 2030 agenda is to:
Make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable.
This has led to the foundation of organizations such as the Sustainable Cities Platform which champions the European Basque Declaration seeking to:
Reduce the use of greenfield land and natural space.
Thereby engineering your migration to urban areas.
Historic technocrats such as Howard Scott, founder of Technocracy Inc., dreamt of the utopian city state, the Urbanate.
In the Urbanate, you will not have access to “inefficient forms of transportation, such as the automobile”. Rather, your social credit score will grant you the privileges of public subways, elevators, and the luxury of walking everywhere.
Saudi Arabia’s NEOM, or New Future project, seeks to craft several interconnected Urbanate spaces in order to conceive:
A new economic model for the country and the world.
In the UK cities are slowly being transformation into Universe 25 Urbanates. The Welsh city of Cardiff has seen unavoidable Live Facial Recognition Technology implementation as a means to keep citizens safe.
The 15-minute city is the modern Urbanate. So-called Sustainable Cities are therefore a means by which to make technocracy an irreversible reality.
